Oh look, another Christmas post!
We are looking forward to lots of holiday fun this week! We have big plans to make cinnamon ornaments for our tree in the family room, Harper gets to meet Santa on Saturday & plan to do lots of Christmas shopping this weekend. We will probably even throw in a couple hundred attempts at taking pictures of Harper in front of the Christmas tree. We are going to milk every last drop of festive fun out of this holiday season!
Here's a look at all of the things that will be making Harper's first Christmas just a little more merry!
All of these festive things make me SO excited! Christmas pajamas might just be the cutest thing on this planet! :) I can just picture her now pushing that little red wagon around wearing striped jingle bell socks & some reindeer antlers... perfection! (Although she will probably be more interested in the giant box it arrived in!)
Outfit is from WalMart, Headband from JamesonMonroe
Also, guess what the eff is just around the corner... ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas! Time to pop endless amounts of popcorn, brew up some hot chocolate & cozy up in your couch-bed-fort to watch Elf, Christmas Vacation & Home Alone 'til your eyes go crossed.
I'm a little disappointed that Prancer & To Grandmother's House We Go didn't make the cut... LUCKILY I have them both on VHS.

ReplyDeleteThose jingle socks are ADORABLE! Definitely adding those to Beckett's wish list :) I'm with you on the Christmas PJ's, I have B dressed in them about 90% of the time haha

My husband and I are expecting our first baby (a girl) any day now! I've had such a weakness for itty bitty Christmas outfits, and hubby actually bought her that exact same one that Harper is wearing!
ReplyDeletesounds like you have a perfect christmas plan! love all of those movies and also The Sound of Music, even though it is not a x-mas movie is a holiday classic.
ReplyDeleteLoooove the red wagon!
OMG! I love Harper's stocking! It's my little girl's 1st Christmas as well, so I bought all new stockings for her and my husband and me. I ordered them from Pottery Barn too but didn't think of looking at Pottery Barn Kids..genius!
ReplyDeleteI love her outfit and headband! Adorable!
ReplyDeleteHer holiday outfits are way too cute!! Loving all these extra posts :)

ReplyDeleteThe baby's first Christmas picks are adorable! I'm with you on the 1000's of pics in front of the tree, gotta love digital technology! I think every moment of my kids' lives just might be documented! Ha! Which leads me to ask, since you are so festive and crafty, what do you do for memory keeping (besides this fab blog)? I'm always looking for fun ways to preserve every precious moment that happens! Future blog posting I hope!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I am bummed they aren't on the line up too- luckily I have Prancer on DVD, but no To Grandmother's House We Go. I also loved All I Want for Christmas with Thora Birch (found that one last year and then they started putting it on TV- of course. But now I can watch it year 'round.) So glad someone is as obsessed with the holidays as I am!
ReplyDeleteSeriously love all of your posts!! I find myself cracking up outloud each time I read one, love your blog!! And I love that you love holiday festivities as much as I do :) Merry Christmas to you and your adorable family! XO

ReplyDeleteLove your little lady's festive PJs!!! And love that you love holidays just as much as I do!!
ReplyDeleteYou are going to have so much fun these next couple of week leading up to Christmas and of course on Christmas! Elle was only 10 days old and I was recovering from a c-section when it was her 1st Christmas so needless to say she pretty much slept thru Christmas.
ReplyDeleteLove Harper's little christmas top. I am never near a Walmart but I might be making a special trip here to check it out as I am still in need of finding a holiday top for Elle to wear for cookies and story time with Mrs. Clause next weekend.
I can't blame you for so many Christmas posts, Christmas is my favorite holiday. Everyday is full of Christmas in this house :) I'm glad you got a embroidered stocking. I love mine!! gah, she is so precious!! I can't believe how different she looks from when you first had her. It's so crazy how fast they grow, people kept telling me but I never realized it!! I saw that radio flyer on pinterest last month, I SO wish Matthew would sit up on his own longer than a few minutes lol. I tried to take pictures, but I give up. I can't do what the pros do when it comes to picture taking!!
ReplyDeleteHarper has such beautiful blue eyes! She look so precious in her holiday outfits!
ReplyDeleteI love Gap jammies, please tell me you have a gap card to get all of the awesome coupons they send out? I picked up xmas pajamas last weekend with a 50% coupon, plus some additional discounts and somehow paid like $8 for them. I refuse to pay full price in there since they're always having major discounts!
ReplyDeleteLove her headband! Can't wait for Christmas Vacation, doesn't feel like christmas until we've watched that. ;)
ReplyDeleteKeep the Christmas posts coming! Harper is a doll!
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog and I LOVE it! You are so hilarious, of course, you're an Iowa girl! Stop by and check out my blog! Merry Christmas to you and yours and have a very happy New Year! ~Kenz (Midwest Wife)

ReplyDeleteABC Family has the best seasonal programing on the planet! Makes every holiday/season so much more festive!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, we also got our little one reindeer antlers and I've been trying to snap a pic of him with them on, but he rips them off before I get a good pic ;-) Excited to see whether you'll be more successful (Harper is used to those headbands, so maybe she might tolerate those antlers as well).
ReplyDeleteI freaking love your blog. It is always so cheery and I love how much you love your daughter! kids are the best! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat's VHS? :)
